Jake's 1971 Norton Hi-Rider
It was my dad's bike that he purchased brand-new in 72 (Bike is a 71 hi-rider). The salesman told them they weren't going to get any more combats so he bought a higher rider and added Duntall and Gus Kuhn parts.
This is really close to how he was riding it in the 70s. He actually ended up working for Harley Davidson and would ride this to work every day in Milwaukee. I was thrilled to be able to restore (and ride) this small piece of my dad's history.
